Each example works through an everyday situation, such as feedback at work, an unanswered message or an awkward interaction. The examples show how to distinguish facts from interpretations and choose a reasonable next step. They are illustrations, not answers you need to reproduce.
These worksheets draw on established cognitive behavioral therapy concepts such as automatic thoughts, cognitive restructuring, thought records, problem-solving and behavioral experiments. They are designed as educational self-reflection tools rather than a substitute for individualized mental-health treatment.
